These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, use of services, and interaction with Prisa Tours and Travelers (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a safari tour operator registered in Tanzania. By using our services or making any payments, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking & Payment
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings unless paid in full online
- The balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure.
- If full payment is not received by the due date, the booking may be cancelled without refund.
2. Service Inclusions
Safari packages typically include:
- Accommodation as specified
- Park entry fees
- Ground transportation
- Professional guide services
- Meals and drinks as per itinerary
3. Exclusions
Unless explicitly included, the following are excluded:
- International and domestic flights
- Visa fees
- Travel insurance
- Tips, souvenirs, and personal expenses
- Optional activities or excursions not mentioned in the itinerary
4. Cancellations & Changes
- All sales are final and non-refundable as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
- No refunds are provided for no-shows, early departures, or missed services due to client error.
- Changes made more than 30 days prior to departure may incur a minimum administrative fee of $150 USD and are subject to availability.
5. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Airline delays or failures
- Government restrictions
In such cases, we may offer a credit voucher valid for 6 months, subject to rebooking fees and terms.
6. Travel Documents & Insurance
- Clients are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
- Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and evacuations is strongly recommended.
7. Health & Safety
- You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit for travel.
- Please disclose any medical or dietary conditions at the time of booking so we can make reasonable accommodations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Prisa Tours and Travelers acts as an agent for hotels, lodges, airlines, and transport providers. We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by these third parties.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booked service.
9. Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any guest from a safari without refund for:
- Disruptive behavior
- Endangering other guests or staff
- Breaching park rules or local laws
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Prisa Tours and Travelers and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.
